About #

I'm a product enablement specialist and support leader with 20+ years in digital — from building websites and running my own agency, to managing teams and designing training systems at scale.

After 6.5 years at Webflow, I've stepped back to recharge and explore what's next. Throughout my career, I keep coming back to the same thing: making complex topics understandable and helping people build capability. Whether that's training a support team, helping a small business owner understand their website, creating documentation that actually gets used, or building customer relationships — I find the most meaning in work that enables others.

I'm exploring opportunities in enablement, training and development, technical support management, and customer success — ideally with organisations doing meaningful work. I'm open to full-time, part-time, or contract roles, and I'm remote-first.

Professional Journey #

Early Web Years — I started building static HTML and CSS sites, learning the fundamentals of web design and user experience from the ground up.

Agency Era — I launched my own design agency during the WordPress boom, building custom sites for small businesses and working alongside marketers to develop digital strategies. This is where I learned to connect technical implementation with business goals — and where I discovered that the most valuable thing I could do was help people understand their own digital direction, not just build things for them.

Enterprise Scale — For the past 6+ years at Webflow, I've worked across support, team leadership, and product enablement. I've managed an APAC support team, built training programmes and onboarding systems, created technical documentation, and designed knowledge transfer frameworks that help teams operate independently. This work taught me how to structure knowledge, build scalable training, and enable others to own their expertise.

What Drives Me — Throughout my career, I keep coming back to the same thing: making complex topics understandable and helping people build capability. Whether that's training a support team, helping a small business owner understand their website, or creating documentation that actually gets used — I find the most meaning in work that enables others.

How I Work #

Consulting & Side Work #

I offer select consulting services through Tiong Creative — primarily AEO content audits, content production, and training for small businesses and nonprofits. I work with a small number of clients at a time to ensure quality outcomes and meaningful progress.

I have a particular interest in the nonprofit sector and in helping organisations doing real, on-the-ground good. If you'd like to discuss a potential project, get in touch.

Photography #

Photography is my creative outlet. I capture diverse subjects through both colour and monochrome, exploring contrast, emotion, and the beauty in everyday moments. I share my work freely on Unsplash as a small contribution to the creative community.
